REFUND POLICIES
Membership Dues: Annual dues for membership in SPARK or SPARK Institute, Inc. are not refundable.
Conference Sponsorships and Exhibits: Sponsorship and exhibitor commitments cannot be cancelled, and the associated fees are non-refundable. Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-transferrable to future conferences or events.
Conference Registrations: Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference; however, the cancelling party may send another person in his/her place with advance written notice. Acceptance of registration and attendance is subject to approval by SPARK. SPARK reserves the right to cancel these events for any reason, and shall not be responsible for losses of airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel reservations for our events must be cancelled within 7 days of first night of stay to avoid penalties.
