Speaker presentation: our format

If you're using slides, make sure your presentation is compatible with our audio/visual requirements.

Session content: 50 minutes in length including time for Q&A.

In crafting your remarks, please keep in mind that SPARK conference programming is educational in nature. While it is acceptable for speakers to briefly highlight a product/service during the session, the discussion should focus on informing rather than selling.

Slide template: wide screen 16 x 9 slide format.

Presentation format: We will need a PowerPoint for projection of slides and a PDF for slide sharing with attendees.

Video & audio file support, animations or custom fonts: Please notify us in advance if your presentation will include animation, movies, video or audio clips. PowerPoint does NOT embed these items and would need to be coordinated with onsite A/V team in advance.

If you will be using a specialized font, it should be embedded in your PowerPoint.

Backup: Please bring a copy of your presentation with you to the conference. You should copy your PowerPoint and all video/audio clips to a folder on a USB thumb drive.

· Computer, monitor and slide advancer
· Screen
· Podium microphone & wireless lavaliere
· Table microphone for panel sessions and roundtables

On the day of presentation:
Arrive at the conference registration desk at least 60 minutes before the start of your session. Our speaker coordinator will meet you to go over setup and logistics for your session.

Appearance promotion:
We ask that you consider promoting your appearance via your social media sites, your website, e-newsletters, etc. Please “tag” your posts with the hashtag #SPARKForum2024. Follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn so we can connect and tag you too!
