ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP

The SPARK Institute, in partnership with Bryant University’s Finance Department, offers students an excellent online education experience and the opportunity to earn professional designations: The SPARK Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) designation, or The SPARK Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist (ARPS) designation.

Bryant University was founded in 1863 and for more than 150 years has met the business education needs of generations of students. Bryant’s business program is among the top 10 in the US, according to College Factual, and is ranked 2nd on a list of “up-and-coming” universities by U.S. News & World Report. It is a private New England university with a tradition of innovation and a global vision for success.

The partnership with SPARK was formed to align the global business focus of Bryant University’s staff with the extensive industry experience of SPARK Members. SPARK training programs offer employees in the retirement industry a chance to expand their skills and gain an industry recognized designation which allows them to advance to the next level of executive development. SPARK advanced courses keep industry professionals abreast of changes within the industry by focusing rules and regulations that govern the retirement industry along with trends that consistently influence the market.

Through this partnership program, SPARK Institute members can engage with Bryant University faculty and students on business related research and studies. These resources add a new level and dimension to SPARK’s already impressive training program.
