TPA Membership Benefits*
- Institutional membership in The SPARK Institute entitling five employees to receive all materials and communications from the Institute.
- Attend an annual TPA Owner/Executive Forum, which will provide unmatched opportunities for relaxed networking with your peers, as well as timely presentations and discussions of interest to senior business leaders. There is no registration fee to attend this event. More information about the TPA Owner/Executive Forum is provided below.

Annual Dues
TPA membership dues are based on size according to the number of participants serviced.
Less than 10,000 participants - $2,500 per year (covers five employees). Additional employees can be added as members for $400 each.
10,000 or more participants - $5,000 per year (covers five employees). Additional employees can be added as members for $200 each.
New Member Discount
By joining now and paying the annual dues, your membership will include the remainder of 2008 and all of 2009.
TPA Owner/Executive Forum
This two day annual event is for the senior executive/owner of the member company only. (No substitutions are permitted) There is no fee for this event; however, companies that wish to send more than one senior/executive may do so for a nominal charge, subject to space availability.

* TPA membership is available only to companies whose primary business is providing record keeping services to retirement plans. Companies (including affiliates) that offer proprietary investment products are not eligible to join as TPA members. TPA membership is only available to new SPARK Institute members, and is subject to acceptance by the Institute. Independently owned and operated “affiliated” entities must obtain separate memberships. The SPARK Institute’s priorities and positions are set by our Board of Directors and by our Government Relations Committee.
