Jennifer is Director of Operations at RG Wuelfing & Associates and The SPARK Institute. RG Wuelfing & Associates serves the retirement and investment management industries by providing strategic consulting, mergers and acquisition services and market research. The SPARK Institute is the leading voice in Washington for the retirement services industry.

Prior to joining RG Wuelfing & Associates, Jennifer obtained over ten years experience in the aviation industry. Jennifer was a commercial pilot with flight instructor privileges and also served as the corporate pilot for former Secretary of Commerce Barbara Franklin and her family.

Jennifer was also Manager - Flight Operations for Interstate Aviation, Inc. in which her duties included overseeing pilot scheduling, marketing, billing and regulatory liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration.

She is also a Real Estate Agent for commercial and residential properties and is currently in study for her Broker's license. Jennifer and her husband enjoy restoring homes within their own real estate portfolio.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University. In her idol time, Jennifer enjoys snowmobiling, hiking and spending time with her family and two Labrador retrievers.
